My wife and I selected Central Pools to install a kidney shaped in-ground pool in our backyard this summer and we love it. From start to finish, Justin and his experienced team were honest, punctual and knowledgeable hard workers. We hired Central Pools to remove a very old, oversized pool and replace it with a 40 by 20 rectangular pool, with a simpler, more streamlined design. Our experience working with Justin, Ken and the team was very positive for the follow reasons: Contract: The contract meeting was clear and transparent. They took the time to answer all our questions and address any hypotheticals. The Team: Everyone on the team, from the demolition to the electrical to the permitting and surveying were extremely professional and responsive. Communication: This was a particular strength of Justin and the team. They gave us notice as to when certain work was going to be performed and answered any questions right away. Finished product: We are extremely happy with our new pool. Central Pools offers variations on design, color, lighting, heating, patio pavers, etc. We were able to find design elements that created a more low key, understated feel, which is exactly what we were looking for. I wish I could accurately articulate how completely satisfied and happy we are with our new pool, and what a positive experience we had in dealing with the team. Everyone on the team was professional, polite, thorough and really knew their stuff. The entire team operated like a well oiled machine. Justin and Ken were always super responsive to any questions we had, and went above and beyond in repairing damage from a fallen tree that was so severe, we had to replace the entire deck they had put in a few months earlier. When researching other companies, I heard horror stories from folks in our town, dealing with a lack of responsiveness, communication, skilled workers making mistakes and or leaving the job without completing the work. The work Central Pools did was flawless, and everyone on the team was professional, personable and superbly skilled. I can’t recommend them enough.

My Hayward pool pump went out and I checked replacement options on-line. Wow, price went up. Called my pool supply team and their Pentair price was competitive and actually less than most. Great service advice and instructions, very professional and informative. Now installed and running great. More energy efficient also! Great experience as always.
