Our maintenance services are available to all types of pools and customers regardless of if you purchased a pool from us or not. As part of our commitment to long-term care, these services ensure your pool stays in perfect condition—beautiful, safe, and ready to enjoy.

Swimming Pool Maintenance Cost

Chemical Check Only	$50.00*
Weekly Maintenance	$70.00*
Biweekly Maintenance	$130.00*
Monthly Maintenance	$180.00*
Vacation Maintenance	$70.00*

*Per Visit, up to 1 hour, anything additional will be billed out at current labor price. Labor only, chemicals and materials billed separately at the end of the month.

Additional details

• Rainy day schedules will include chemical testing and balancing, as well as emptying baskets only. No poles or cleaning equipment will be used on these days.
• Severe weather, acts of nature, or vandalism that result in excessive debris requiring additional labor will be billed at our current labor rate.
• If we arrive at your home and are unable to service your pool due to being locked out or insufficient water levels, the visit will still be billed.
• Billing is completed via email and is payable by the 15th of each month.
• Pool must be clear to begin maintenance. Please inquire about our services on Pool Clearing needed.

Homeowner’s Responsibility

• Allow access with key or combo lock
• Maintain proper water level
• Notify us of any changes
  immediately.

Central Pools, Inc. Responsibility

• Test and balance pool water
• Empty skimmer, pump and pool cleaner baskets
• Skim debris off top & bottom, vacuum as needed.
• Brush pool
• Chemically clean cartridge filter and salt cell once a year. Additional cleanings done at current rate.
